The Little Things were great to work with – really responsive and happy to adapt their show to suit the space, which is important for festivals. Their performance attracted a busy audience as the concept was fun, playful and perfectly pitched for this family-friendly event. Everyone loved the insect theme!

Parents and children alike were captivated by the characters. The costumes, props and storytelling were designed to keep the audience's attention from start to finish. The tent was packed, and audience members were completely hooked.

Working with them over numerous years with Valley Fest, I have always found the group delightful; from production and communications through to performance and follow-ups, they bring a huge amount to everything they do. The festival tent was at the maximum for Covid safety and people craned to see from outside as they brought a beautiful koala teddy to life and touched everyone with a wordless, emotionally loud experience.

Lovely use of props, set and costume – exposing the magic and mechanics of theatre. Enjoyed the sweet story and parallel of jokes. We thought it was lovely – addressing some of the different experiences and emotions children felt during lockdown.

Well done for getting the show together – very impressive and so lovely to be watching live performance again after almost a year. I know it must have been a real effort to put together and a gamble.
